Climate Change and Islam

Corruption has spread on land and sea as a result of what people’s hands have done, so that Allah may cause them to taste the consequences of some of their deeds .. (Quran 30: 41)

Climate change has become a major global issue. The concentration of carbon dioxide (CO₂) in the atmosphere is rising at an accelerated pace despite warnings from scientists and the increasing climate-related devastation we have been witnessing. In this presentation, Dr. Mohammed Shakeel discusses the Climate-change, its impact, and the importance of a moral foundation to combat climate change.
